Dear Signtronix,

In November of 2005, I purchased an older empty building on the man street of our small community.  After an extensive remodeling project, I purchased a neighboring insurance agency and merged it with my own.  We opened our doors on December 1.  Our biggest challenge was guiding customers from both agencies to our new location.  My Signtronix message board has been a great way to attract the attention of passing vehicles, informing them of both the merger and welcoming current customers and potential customers to come in and look around.

The brightness of our sign has also made our building the focal point for passersby checking the date and time, thus keeping us in their mind 24 hours a day.

I am writing about the beautiful eye-catching sign panel I recently purchased from you. My window is very hard to see from the street, no matter what you decorate it with, it just doesn’t stand out.

My panel has been in the window for about 2 ½ weeks and we now have several new customers with it. You can really see it from anywhere on the street when you drive by now. I would recommend it to anyone and I think it will keep bringing new people in.

Since we have installed our new sign from you, the outside appearance of our business has greatly improved. We get daily compliments on it. It has made our business a lot easier to find, both for new and old customers.

I hardly know where to start!

I’ll start with the survey. As you can see, according to the survey, 11 out of the first 15 new faces in my store came in because of your sign. I found that amazing! That’s over 74%! And I’m still seeing new faces because of your sign.

But that’s not the half of it-most of those “new” faces have now become steady customers who are bringing in more clothes and customers! Sales are definitely up and continuing in that direction!
