I’ve been meaning to write this letter for a long time, but procrastination coupled with being extremely busy has caused the delay. Now I am getting it done, thanks to the anticipated birth of our third grandchild tomorrow, which has got us away from the business for a few days.
As you promised, the delivery of the Signtronix signs was handled in a very professional manner and I appreciate the promptness. No procrastination involved here.
The instructions for erection of the restaurant signs were quite clear and we had no problem of getting them set up. The first night was pretty exciting to see how they illuminated the area and took over where the area lighting let off. Pretty impressive and our customers let us know how nice it was to have the extra lighting.
The Signtronix signs, as you may remember, one for the main business and one for the parking lot, have lended a great deal of professionalism to our property. Being somewhat new, our customers and suppliers, made several comments on how it improved the appearance and gave them confidence in the fact that “we were here to stay”.
The investment has been further justified by the many customers that have commented, “We saw the sign and decided to stop in!”. This happens often.
